After you’ve set your domain’s new NS records, some time is needed for DNS zones to update at your provider (from 4 to 72 hours). During this time, domain information will be updated on other servers across the network.
If your old provider closed your hosting account and the domain hasn’t fully delegated yet, it may be temporarily invisible in some zones.
Not necessarily for everyone — variations are possible even within the same city!
