INFO is a popular gTLD domain. INFO is a generic top-level domain used in the Internet’s domain name system. The name comes from the word “Information”, indicating that it was originally intended for informational websites of various topics. Today more than 3.5 million names are registered in INFO. No documents are required to register an INFO domain.
Registration of INFO domains is carried out automatically, without restrictions. This means the domain can be used immediately after registration payment.
The INFO domain control panel allows you to change the domain’s contacts, configure NS, renew the domain, or enable Privacy Protection.
An INFO domain can be purchased for a term of 1 to 10 years. After the domain’s expiration date, the registrant of an INFO domain has 28 days (the ARGP period) to renew the domain. If renewal is not completed during the ARGP, the domain moves into redemptionPeriod (pending deletion). During the redemptionPeriod (30 days), the domain can still be restored, but the restoration price is significantly higher than the renewal price.
