To get a credit, you need a Personal certificate level or higher
You also need to open a WMC wallet – the equivalent of WMZ (for purchases on credit)
Full list of requirements:
Certificate type: Personal or higher
Borrower age: 18 years or older
No claims on all WMIDs of the certificate
WMC wallet
No unpaid credits
