In connection with the transition of the domain zone registry administrator LLC “PE Coordinator” to the EPP protocol, our company has enabled full support for this protocol for convenient domain management!
This will allow all requests related to sumy.ua, net.ua and other domains to be processed instantly. A list of all domain zones is available via this link
Previously, work was done using the mail protocol. On average, processing a request took 5 minutes. This caused inconvenience to clients.
Also, the whois registrant and admin-c fields have been changed according to the domain owner’s personal data you entered in our billing panel. The tech-c field: slimhost has been left unchanged. This is the technical contact of the servicing registrar.
For existing domains, the clientTransferProhibited status has been set (transfer ban). New domains will have the OK status set.
However, to transfer your domain, you need to request a transfer code through technical support. Automatic generation of the transfer code via the personal account is disabled for security reasons.
Registration and renewal pricing remains unchanged for now. The domain transfer cost is equal to the registration cost. The price will remain in effect until the end of the current year.
